Deanie’s Seafood Online Market orders are expedited through FedEx overnight standard delivery* to ensure your selection arrives at your door at its peak of flavor.

All orders are packaged for freshness. Deanie’s Online Market uses wax-lined boxes with heavy-duty liners, cold gel packs and Styrofoam inserts to maintain the quality of your product through delivery.

Shipping Costs

Minimum order for Deanie’s Seafood Online Market is 1 lb.

Shipping charges are not included in the price of the item and are calculated at checkout.

Shipping cost for Standard Overnight Shipping is quoted by a real time calculation.


To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses, but we can deliver to rural routes when provided with complete addresses and telephone numbers.

Due to import/export restrictions, we are unable to ship our products outside the continental United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.

Customer signature is required for all Deanie’s Seafood Online Market orders upon delivery.

Return Policy  

We strive to deliver only the freshest quality seafood to meet your needs. Unless an item is damaged, Deanie’s Seafood does not accept returns or exchanges of our products. Please refer to our Frequently Asked Questions & Answers section before placing your order.


In the event an order arrives damaged, we will replace it within 24 hours if the product is available. Please contact us immediately at 504-835-4638 or Chandra@deanies.com. All packages must be open as soon as they are received.


Any problems with your PERISHABLE order must be reported to us by phone immediately on the day of delivery. Please contact us regarding NON-PERISHABLE items within 5 DAYS of delivery.


Deanie’s Seafood Online Market orders are not refundable unless replacement for a damaged product is requested.
