Heating Instructions

Below are the heating and preparation instructions for some of our favorite selections.

 

Boiling Crawfish
Add seasoning to water and bring to a rolling boil.
Add crawfish to water and bring back to a rolling boil.
Turn off fire.
Let soak for 20 to 30 min.
 
Boiling Shrimp
Bring water to a rapid boil
Add seasoning, continue to boil
Add the shrimp
Let boil 5 to 7 minutes
Turn off fire
Add ice to hot water
Remove shrimp when ice has melted
 
Fried Turkey Warm Up 
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Cook uncovered for 30 minutes
